Tip of the day
I always get asked by hundreds of people how to lose weight. My answer is and will always be the same. Through very hard work and sacrifice. There are no short cuts to any sort of success in life. Everybody wants the simple solution, or they think they know more than i am telling them. There is no room for shorts cuts on a weight loss program. It MUST become a LIFESTYLE change. Meaning, doing whats necessary to attain the goal. Eat right, do cardiovascular training and lift weights. Sounds simple right? Then why is 68% of Americans obese. Only the person trying to lose weight knows that answer and what their demons are that prevent success. Until you figure out what those demons are that keep making you eat the same way, weight loss will NOT occur. You must committed your to the long journey ahead which means being physically and emotionally equipped to tackle the task.
