Tip of the day
Ever get those crazy sugar cravings where all you want is candy or sugar? Well, you can do either of 3 things.

1)You can either let it pass, which i Do not recommend because it will let to binging later.
2) Eat the craving to hearts content, which will let to a massive insulin crash later. Making you
super tired from your blood sugar being out of whack, or
3) Eat some sweet fruits such as strawberries, pineapple or sweet grapes. You can even add a
little low calorie whip cream and make a fruit salad.

Remember, losing weight does not have to be so difficult or boring. Spice it up a little and a little will go a long way.
