When was the last time you had a physical? Think about it, you need the vessel which is your body you currently reside in to take you through lifes journeys. Simple issues such as blood pressure, HDL(good cholesterol) LDL(bad cholesterol), blood sugar levels, body fat percentage, BMI and the list could go on. We have our biological age which is what your date of birth age is. Then you also have chronological age. Which is measured by a sum of test to gauge the number. As an example. I am 40 biologically, but my chornological(aka) body age is 24. Most test I perform, the test subjects are 10-15 years older than their biological age. This is not good and can lead to many health problems, including death. Bottom line, do not wait til something does not feel right or you do not feel good. A little precautions can go a long way.

Tip of the day
Ever get those crazy sugar cravings where all you want is candy or sugar? Well, you can do either of 3 things.
1)You can either let it pass, which i Do not recommend because it will let to binging later.
2) Eat the craving to hearts content, which will let to a massive insulin crash later. Making you
super tired from your blood sugar being out of whack, or
3) Eat some sweet fruits such as strawberries, pineapple or sweet grapes. You can even add a
little low calorie whip cream and make a fruit salad.
Remember, losing weight does not have to be so difficult or boring. Spice it up a little and a little will go a long way.

Tip of the day
I always get asked by hundreds of people how to lose weight. My answer is and will always be the same. Through very hard work and sacrifice. There are no short cuts to any sort of success in life. Everybody wants the simple solution, or they think they know more than i am telling them. There is no room for shorts cuts on a weight loss program. It MUST become a LIFESTYLE change. Meaning, doing whats necessary to attain the goal. Eat right, do cardiovascular training and lift weights. Sounds simple right? Then why is 68% of Americans obese. Only the person trying to lose weight knows that answer and what their demons are that prevent success. Until you figure out what those demons are that keep making you eat the same way, weight loss will NOT occur. You must committed your to the long journey ahead which means being physically and emotionally equipped to tackle the task.

Tip of the day
Making simple changes to your daily eating will go a long way. For example, switch from white rice to brown, whole milk to skim, do not eat processed foods eat whole foods, nuts and grains. Your body cannot process certain fats and sugars. Therefore leaving you with extra empty calories that cannot be burned off at all.

Did you there are 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. So next time your wondering, why is the scale not going down. It takes 3500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat. That's an awful of lot of cardio that needs to be done. There is no other option to burn calories. You must burn more than you consume.
